DMATRIMONY Membership is exclusively reserved for Indian Nationals & Citizens, Persons of Indian Origin, Persons in Christian, and Non-Resident Indians (NRI). The minimum age requirement is 21 years for men and 18 years for women.
2. Enquiries
Users can make inquiries by filling in details on the website, calling the provided number, or emailing their queries.
3. Registration
Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including photos. Filling in details outside the relevant fields or providing irrelevant information is discouraged.
4. Duration
The duration of DMATRIMONY service depends on the chosen package and is subject to payment.
5. Mode of Payment
Payments can be made through Cash, Cheque, Net Banking, Debit, or Credit Card, following prevailing RBI guidelines. Third-party payment gateways may be used, and DMATRIMONY is not responsible for currency/conversion charges.
6. Responsibility
DMATRIMONY services are provided during normal working hours. There is no obligation to furnish a definite number of profiles, and DMATRIMONY will not get in touch with prospects with different marital status.
7. Responsibility of Member
Members must disclose email and phone details to Relationship Manager (RM). Acceptance by the member is deemed final, and accurate information must be provided. Members should verify the credentials of prospects and not assign or transfer their membership.
8. Customer Service
Contact details for customer support are provided.
9. Medium of Communication
Members consent to receiving communications through various mediums, including emails, SMS, calls, and chat.
10. Confidentiality
DMATRIMONY will maintain the confidentiality of personal information provided by members.
11. Privacy of Membership
DMATRIMONY commits to protecting members' privacy and expects members to keep shared profiles confidential.
12. Disputes between Members
DMATRIMONY is not responsible for interactions between members and disclaims liability for any transactions.
13. Renewal
Members can renew their membership before expiry.
14. Operations and Procedures
DMATRIMONY encourages one point of contact for coordination. Major changes in partner preferences after payment are discouraged.
15. Membership Fee
Membership fees are treated as non-refundable. DMATRIMONY reserves the right to modify services without notice.
16. Limitation of Liability
DMATRIMONY disclaims liability for any wrong matches or lack of response from prospects. Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS available" basis.
17. Disclaimer
DMATRIMONY is not liable for various circumstances, including cybercrimes and technical malfunctions.
18. Indemnity
Members agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DMATRIMONY from any loss, damage, or claim.
19. Breach
DMATRIMONY reserves the right to suspend/delete profiles for improper use or providing incorrect information.
20. Termination
DMATRIMONY membership may be terminated by either party with a 7-day notice.
21. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Disputes are governed by the laws of India, and members agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate court in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Members are advised to read and agree to the terms and conditions, covering various aspects related to eligibility, registration, payment, responsibilities, privacy, and dispute resolution.
